Before you write
Include (a) the phone number linked to your account, (b) a short description of the issue, (c) the record type or screen where it happened, and (d) the app version if you can see it. Do not share your OTP, password or full identity-document numbers. Vyaamikk Diary will never ask for these.

Account and OTP help
If you are unable to receive an OTP, check network coverage and try again after a minute. If a mobile number is no longer in your control, contact us so we can help you recover the workspace after identity verification.

Records and PDF documents
Records you create in Vyaamikk Diary can be viewed, edited within their allowed edit window and, where supported, converted into PDF documents. Documents are generated from your inputs and should be reviewed before commercial or legal use.

Sync and offline behaviour
Vyaamikk Diary supports offline-first record entry for selected flows and syncs to the cloud when a network is available. Sign-in and certain services require an internet connection.
