This policy explains the cookies and browser storage used on the Vyaamikk Diary marketing website at https://vyaamikk.specialsoftwares.com. The mobile application itself does not use browser cookies. This page describes only the storage present on this website today and clearly marks categories that are declared but not currently active.

Essential storage

We use a small amount of local storage on your device to remember your cookie preferences (so we do not ask again) and to keep the website secure. This storage is required for the site to work and cannot be turned off from the cookie preferences panel.

What runs today

Consent preference — key vd.consent.v1 in browser localStorage. Records your cookie choices only.
No analytics cookies. No Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, advertising pixel or session-replay script is loaded on this website.
No embedded third-party media by default. Product demonstration videos, when added, are hosted first-party and do not set third-party cookies.
Hosting, CDN and security logs. Our website hosting and content-delivery provider may process standard request metadata (such as IP address, user agent and timestamp) for security, abuse prevention and reliability. This processing happens at the infrastructure layer, not through cookies or client-side trackers set by our application code.
Future analytics or externally hosted media. If we later introduce a non-essential analytics tool or an externally hosted video embed, it will not activate until the applicable consent category is enabled and this policy is updated to disclose it.

Declared but inactive categories

We publish the following consent categories so that if we ever enable a new capability, we have your permission architecture ready. Nothing in these categories loads until you explicitly accept it.

Essential — Required for the website to load, remember your cookie choices and keep pages secure. Cannot be disabled.
Preferences — Remembers non-essential choices you make on the website, such as a preferred display language for marketing pages. Not currently active.
Analytics — Would help us understand which marketing pages help visitors most. No analytics tracker is loaded on this website today; if we add one, it will only load after you accept.
